Return and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Maxine Nouuel. We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Exchanges Policy below to understand how you can return or exchange an item.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unusedunworn, and unwashed.
  • It must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included.

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange and may be returned to the sender at their own expense.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange process, please contact our Customer Care team at  customercarenow@maxinenouuel.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The reason for return or exchange
  • Photo(s) of the product if the item is damaged or defective

Our team will respond within 2 business days with detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or the product was damaged), Maxine Nouuel will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preferred item when requesting the exchange. We are happy to offer exchanges based on item availability.

If the desired product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at  customercarenow@maxinenouuel.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
