At Maxine Nouuel, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your doorstep. This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping process, estimated delivery times, fees, and more. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
During peak shopping seasons, sales events, or in case of stock availability issues, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer multiple shipping options based on your location and preferences. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (within the United States):
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $4.95 or Free for orders over $50
- Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): $9.95
- Overnight Shipping (1–2 business days): $24.95
International Shipping:
We currently ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery times vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.
- Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress through our carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Delays and Delivery Issues
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS)
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Maxine Nouuel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this happens:
- Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.
- If the package is still missing, reach out to our customer service team, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
6. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at customercarenow@maxinenouuel.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct the address.
